Find out what it takes to earn the Swim England Learn to Swim Stage 5 Award.
Stage 5 sees swimmers will develop their skills in treading water, learn the correct arm pulls for all four strokes and learn how to do handstands and somersaults.
It is the fifth step of the core Swim England Learn to Swim Stage 1-7 Awards.
Once achieved, children can unlock Sara the Stingray on the My Learn to Swim App.
