Find out what it takes to earn the Swim England Learn to Swim Stage 3 Award.
Stage 3 sees swimmers develop their kicks, on both their front and their back. Swimmers will also develop safe entries into the water, and improve their water safety knowledge and rotation skills.
It is the third step of the core Swim England Learn to Swim Stage 1-7 Awards.
Once achieved, children can unlock Sophia the Seahorse on the My Learn to Swim App.
