a. Maintain swimming speed into the wall.
b. The swimmer will tightly tuck, rotate forward and place feet on the wall all in a fluid movement.
c. The swimmer will push off in a streamlined position on their back, front or side and rotate in the water onto the front.
d. The swimmer will utilise a butterfly or front crawl kick during an underwater phase that lasts for no longer than 15 metres.
e. The swimmer will break the surface of the water at some point before 15 metres utilising a single underwater arm pull to bring them to the surface.
f. Once the swimmer has broken the surface they will continue swimming
front crawl.
