This month we were joined by Tim Treloar, RNLI Water Safety Education Manager for the South West, who delivered a session on water safety and showcased the range of RNLI educational resources available to support secondary-aged pupils in staying safe in and around water. Tim also shared practical examples of how these resources can be effectively integrated into teaching and learning within secondary school settings.
Also Jenny McAneny-Vincent, our new Head of Aquatic Competency, introduced the newly formed team and provide an overview of the current priorities supporting the delivery of the Swim England strategy.
